Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective.
• An incorrect product, size, or colour was delivered by us.
• The product substantially differs from the item ordered.
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

SIZE EXCHANGES
If you require a different size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, damage, alterations, or signs of use.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
• Products returned after the applicable return period.
• Customized, personalized, embroidered, printed, or made-to-order products.
• Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products.
• Products purchased during clearance, liquidation, or final sale promotions, unless defective upon delivery.

QUALITY INSPECTION
All returned products will undergo inspection upon receipt.
Frank Brazyl reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following amounts are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error:
• Shipping charges
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
• Gift wrapping charges
• Express delivery charges
• Any third-party service fees

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled in accordance with this policy.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect address provided by the customer,
• Repeated delivery failures,
• Refusal to accept delivery,
Frank Brazyl reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, handling, and return logistics costs before issuing any eligible refund.

FRAUD PREVENTION
Frank Brazyl reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or future orders where fraudulent activity, abuse of return policies, chargeback abuse, or suspicious conduct is suspected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frank Brazyl's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
